Buffalo River Retreat Rates

Rates for Buffalo River Retreat are:

• 1 or 2 people - $125/night, 2 night minimum on weekends and a four night minimum on holidays.
  
• Each additional person - $15/night
• Each Horse (negative coggins req. ) - additional $10.00/night
• Each pet will require an additional $ 10.00/night
• If you book a week the seventh night is free!
• Check In 3:00 p.m. - Check Out 11:00 a.m.
• A deposit of 50% of the total is required for reservation confirmation.
• Cancellations will be accepted and deposits refunded ( less a $15 service fee) if they are made at least 14 nights in advance of reservation and the retreat can be rebooked for the affected dates.
• Large groups and special events groups may be charged an additional security deposit.
• State and local taxes equaling 9% of the total will be added to each bill.
• We regret we do not take credit cards at this time.
